Do I cleanse before or after using the device?

How long does it hold charge?

DERMAFLASH will hold a charge for 30 minutes. For reference, each DERMAFLASH treatment takes between 5-10 minutes. We recommend charging the device before each use.

Can I buy the cleanser and moisturizer separately?

Can I use Retinol products alongside this item?

As sensitivity may occur, we recommend limiting the use of other exfoliating products like Retinol. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours before applying any products containing acids (Retinoic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, etc.), to avoid any potential irritation.

What is the Warranty? Does this have an extended Money-Back Guarantee?

Your DERMAFLASH is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase, and under normal use. There is a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

What is included with the DERMAPORE device?

With your DERMAPORE purchase you will receive a protective cap, a device stand, and a USB charging cord. A wall adaptor is not included.

How do you charge the DERMAPORE device?

In order to charge your DERMAPORE device you must insert the cord into the socket until it is fully inserted. It might feel like you are forcing it, but don’t worry, it can take it! The charging light will indicate that the device is charging successfully.

My DERMAPORE did not include a charging cable, help!

We get this all the time! Make sure you check ALL packaging before throwing it away. We neatly tuck the charging cable behind the plastic tray that holds your DERMAPORE in place inside the box.

How do I return or exchange my product(s)?

With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Guaranteed results – or your money back. Simply return your product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus shipping and handling). Once received please allow 7 business days to process your refund.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, you can make changes by calling us at 800-381-6257.

If your order is scheduled to ship in the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment, but you can return your shipment once it's received. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused and unopened products within 60 days of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).
